Account Deletion — Anjiz App

This page (anjz.net/delete-account) explains how to permanently delete your account in the "Anjiz" app and what happens when you do. The app is owned and operated by the Anjiz team.

In-App Deletion Steps

1. Open the app and log in to your account.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Type the confirmation word in the field. The required word follows the app's language: type delete when the app is in English, or «حذف» when it is in Arabic. (The field shows the correct word as its placeholder.)
5. Tap Confirm.

Processing time: immediate — the account is deleted the moment you confirm, and deletion cannot be undone.

What Is Deleted

Upon deletion, the following is permanently and immediately removed:

• Name
• Phone number
• All saved addresses
• GPS coordinates attached to your orders
• Your notification (device) token and all your notifications
• Login credentials (phone number and password) — you will no longer be able to sign in

What Is Retained

• Past order history is kept in a fully anonymised form: everything linking it to you — name, phone number, address text, and GPS coordinates — is removed, and the phone number is replaced with an irreversible anonymous tag. Only the amount, status, and date remain, for accounting purposes only. After deletion there is no way to associate these records with you.

Can't Access Your Account?

If you have lost access to your account (e.g., forgotten password and no access to the old phone number), you can request deletion by contacting support:

We will verify account ownership and then perform the deletion with the same effect described above.

Notes

• You may later create a new account with the same phone number, but it will be an entirely new account; deleted data is not restored.
• If you have an active booking, we recommend contacting support to cancel or complete it before deleting your account.
